郁敏，副教授，毕业于东南大学英语系，淮阴工学院国际教育学院副院长，分管留学生教育与管理，协助国际合作交流处工作。澳大利亚新英格兰大学访问学者，研究方向为英美文学和比较文学，主要从事中美文化和文学比较研究，承担留学生中国概况课程。

Min YU, associate professor and associate Dean of School of International Education, graduated from English Department of Southeast University. She is in charge of international students’ education and affairs, and developing the international academic relationship in International Cooperation and Exchange Office. She was a visiting scholar of New England University of Australia. Her research fields focus on Sino-American Culture and Comparative Literature. She teaches Chinese Panorama in S.I.E.
