徐晓梅，教授，淮阴工学院国际合作交流处处长、国际教育学院院长，中国矿业大学兼职硕导，江苏省翻译协会理事，江苏省教育技术研究会理事，淮安市第六、第七、第八届政协委员。荣获校教学名师，本科翻译专业负责人，校英语语言文学二级扶持建设学科主持人。研究方向为翻译理论与实践，主持各类教、科研项目8项，公开发表研究论文24篇。

Professor Xiaomei XU, Directress of International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Dean of School of International Education. She serves as the member of Jiangsu translators’ association, member of Jiangsu Education and Technology Research Institute, part-time master degree supervisor of China University of Mining and Technology and the member of the C.P.P.C.C. of Huai’an Committee. Her main research directions focus on Translation Theory and Practice. Professor XU has participated and managed 8 research projects and has published 26 academic research papers.
