专业介绍:制药工程(本科)Pharmaceutical Engineering (Undergraduate)

I. 培养目标 Objectives
学生能够掌握化学、药学、生物学、工程学基础知识和制药工程专业知识,具备从 事药品、药用辅料、医药中间体以及其他相关产品的技术开发、工程设计和药品生产质 量管理等方面的能力。具有创新、创业精神及团队协作精神和社会责任感,能在制药及 其相关领域从事技术开发、工艺与工程设计、生产、管理与服务等工作的高素质应用型 人才。
After four-academic-year (Fall and Spring Semesters) study, students can learn basic  theories and methodologies on Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, and Pharmaceutical Engineering,  also obtain strong abilities of technological development, engineering design, and  pharmaceutical quality control, and be familiar with the complete workflows and specific  methods for pharmaceutical process development, testing, and quality assurance. Having the  sense of social responsibility and the spirits of innovation, entrepreneurship, and teamwork,  students can undertake pharmaceutically related works, including pharmaceutical process  design, development, management, maintenance, etc., in enterprises and public institutions.  After professional training, students will become high-quality and applied talents in the field of  Pharmaceutical Engineering.
II. 培养要求 Requirements
掌握药品生产制造、产品开发、工程设计和生产技术与质量管理等方面的基本理论 和基本知识,接受专业实验技能、工艺研究和工程设计的基本科学与工程方法训练,具 备从事药品研究与开发、制药工艺设计与放大、药品生产质量与管理等方面的基本能力。
Students should master the basic theories and knowledge on pharmaceutical  manufacturing, drug development, drug design, production technology and quality control, and  accept the training of the basic science and engineering methods for professional experiment  skills, process research and engineering design. Through these engineering training, students  will obtain the basic abilities of pharmaceutical research and development, design and  amplification of pharmaceutical craft, quality and management of pharmaceutical products.
毕业生将掌握: Graduates are required to acquire:
1. 毕业生应掌握从事制药工程所需的数学、自然科学、工程基础和专业知识,有能 力将其运用到复杂工程项目的设计、实施和部署中。
Graduates should acquire mathematics, natural science, basic knowledge of engineering  and professional knowledge for pharmaceutical engineering, and have the abilities to apply the  knowledge to the design, implement, and deployment of the complex engineering projects.
2. 具有抽象逻辑思维和计算思维能力,能够应用制药工程学科相关的数学、自然科 学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析复杂工程问题,从而获得 有效结论。
Graduates should have the abilities of abstract logical thinking and computational thinking.  By using pharmaceutical engineering related basic principles in mathematics, natural science,  and engineering science, graduates can identify and express the complex engineering problems,  and, moreover, can make literature analysis to obtain the efficacious conclusions eventually.
3. 掌握药品制造的基本理论与技术、工程设计的基本原理与方法、生产质量管理与 控制等方面的基本知识,掌握药品生产工艺流程制订与车间设计的方法和原理。
Graduates should master the basic theories and technology of drug manufacturing, the  professional theories and methods of engineering design, and the basic knowledge of quality  management and control. And the graduates also need to master the methods and theories to  formulate the process of drug production and design workshop.
4. 能够掌握药学及制药工程学科基本原理,能利用其原理及方法对复杂工程问题进 行建模、分析、设计和测试,并通过实验结果分析优化模型。
Graduates should master the basic principles of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical  Engineering, be able to model, analyze, and test complex project problems by using their  principles and methods, and optimize models through experimental results.
5. 了解制药工程学科的发展前沿和药品生产新工艺、新技术与新设备的发展动态。
Graduates should understand the frontiers of pharmaceutical engineering and the  development of new process, technology, and equipment for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
6. 能综合运用所学的制药工程科学理论、分析提出和解决制药工程问题的方案,具 有解决制药工程实际问题的能力。
Graduates should apply the scientific theory of pharmaceutical engineering from courses  comprehensively, as well as analyzing problem of pharmaceutical engineering, putting forward  solution to solve it and having the ability to solve practical problems in pharmaceutical  engineering.
7. 具有对药品新资源、新产品、新工艺进行研究、开发和设计的初步能力,具有良 好开拓精神和创新意识以及获取专业新知识的能力。
Graduates should have the initial capacity to engage in pharmaceutical research and  process development, with a great sense of innovation and pioneering spirit and willingness to  learn new skills.
8. 掌握熟悉制药工程项目管理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。
Graduates should master the methods of project management and economic  decision-making for pharmaceutical engineering and practically apply in a multidisciplinary  environment.
9. 具有扎实的数学、自然科学知识和经济管理知识,具备解决制药工程技术问题的 能力和技术经济管理能力。
Graduates should master the knowledge of mathematics, natural science and economic management, have the ability to solve the problem of pharmaceutical engineering technology  and have technological economic management ability.
10. 通过团队协作项目、专业核心课研讨环节、综合实践项目研讨环节等多渠道培养 学生的有效沟通和交流能力,包括撰写报告、设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达和回应指 令。
Graduates are cultivated to obtain communication abilities through different kinds of  teamwork projects, core course discussions, comprehensive practice projects, etc., including  report writing, document design, statement, clear expression, and instruction response.
11. 通过学习跨学科专业课程,理解并掌握制药应用项目所涉及的管理原理与经济决 策方法,并能应用到实际项目中。
Through learning interdisciplinary courses, graduates should understand and master the  management principles and economic decision methods involved in pharmaceutical  applications projects, and should be able to apply them to practical projects.
12. 通过创新性实践项目和企业实习,帮助学生认识和理解制药工程领域知识更新 快、新技术和新方法层出不穷的特征,树立稳定的职业目标,毕业生应具备自主学习、 终身学习的意识和能力。
Through innovative practice projects and internship in enterprise, graduates should learn  and understand the characteristics of rapid knowledge update and continuous emergence of  new techniques and methods in the field of pharmaceutical engineering. Graduates should  establish stable career objectives and obtain the awareness and ability to study independently  and perpetually.
