1. 双学位项目：达到两校学位授予条件，授予淮阴工学院和泰国坦亚武里皇家理工大学两校学士学位。
（1）学习方式：第1-2学年在泰国坦亚武里皇家理工大学学习，第3-4学年在淮阴工学院学习。
（2）申请条件： 申请人须为泰国公民，参加泰国高等学校入学考核，被坦亚武里皇家理工大学录取；参加淮阴工学院的入学考考核，达到淮阴工学院的入学要求。
（3）语言水平：申请人英语水平需具备IELTS 5.5分及以上或TOEEL75分及以上或多邻国85分及以上，或提供其他英语能力证明。前置课程实行全英文授课的，免以上英语能力证明，需提供授课语言为英语的相关证明。
2. 单学位项目：达到淮阴工学院学位授予条件，授予淮阴工学院学士学位。
（1）学习方式：第1-2学年在泰国坦亚武里皇家理工大学学习，第3-4学年在淮阴工学院学习。
（2）申请条件：单学位项目申请人须为泰国公民，需具备高中毕业及以上学历，且成绩优良，年龄原则上不超过25周岁，参加淮阴工学院的入学考核，达到淮阴工学院入学条件。入学前未取得高中毕业文凭的应届生，其入学资格自动取消。
（3）语言水平：申请人英语水平需具备IELTS 5.5分及以上或TOEEL75分及以上或多邻国85分及以上，或提供其他英语能力证明。前置课程实行全英文授课的，免以上英语能力证明，需提供授课语言为英语的相关证明。
注：
（1）泰国公民是指持有泰国有效护照的公民。原中国大陆、港澳台公民，须持有效泰国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截止入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在泰国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在泰国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
（2）申请人自愿遵守中国的法律法规和学校的规章制度，知华友华，未受到任何法律和纪律处分。
1. Dual-degree Program: Meeting the degree-awarding requirements of both universities, students will be awarded bachelor's degrees by Huaiyin Institute of Technology and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Thailand.
(1) Study Mode: Students will study at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Thailand in the 1st - 2nd academic years, and at Huaiyin Institute of Technology in the 3rd - 4th academic years.
(2) Application Requirements: The applicant must be a Thai citizen, take the college entrance examination in Thailand and be admitted to Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. Also, the applicant needs to take the entrance examination of Huaiyin Institute of Technology and meet the admission requirements of Huaiyin Institute of Technology.
(3) Language requirements: Applicants must have IELTS 5.5 or above, TOEFL 75 or above or Duolingo 85 or above or other equivalent English proficiency certificate. If the pre-courses use English as the medium of instruction, the above certificates of English proficiency are not required, but relevant certificate that the teaching language is English shall be provided.
2. Single-degree Program: Meeting the degree-awarding requirements of HYIT, students will be awarded bachelor's degrees by Huaiyin Institute of Technology.
(1) Study Mode: Students will study at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Thailand in the 1st - 2nd academic years, and at Huaiyin Institute of Technology in the 3rd - 4th academic years.
(2) Application Requirements: Applicants for the single-degree program must be Thai citizens. They should have a high school diploma or above with good academic performance. In principle, the age should not exceed 25 years old. They need to take the entrance examination of Huaiyin Institute of Technology and meet the admission requirements of HYIT. Fresh high school graduates who have not obtained their high school diplomas before enrollment will have their admission qualifications automatically cancelled.
(3) Language requirements: Applicants must have IELTS 5.5 or above, TOEFL 75 or above or Duolingo 85 or above or other equivalent English proficiency certificate. If the pre-courses use English as the medium of instruction, the above certificates of English proficiency are not required, but relevant certificate that the teaching language is English shall be provided.

1. A Thai citizen refers to an individual who holds a valid Thai passport. The original citizens of the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must hold a valid Thai passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in Thailand for more than 2 years within the last 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year) (Actually living in Thailand for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to entry and exit signatures).
