专转本学生学习年限为2年，弹性学制为2-3年。

1. 通信工程

   通信工程专业是国家级一流本科专业建设点专业，通过中国工程教育专业认证，获批江苏省“十四”五高校国际化人才培养品牌专业，是江苏省卓越工程师（软件类）教育培养计划试点专业。该专业自2018年起开始招收来华留学生，为推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展培养具有信号处理、无线通信、数据交换与通信网等领域工程实践能力，能够在信息通信相关领域从事应用研究、系统开发、运行维护和项目管理等方面工作的高素质应用型人才。

2. 软件工程

   软件工程专业是国家级一流本科专业建设点专业、江苏省十四五高校国际化人才培养品牌专业，江苏省卓越工程师（软件类）教育培养计划试点专业，软件工程为江苏省“十三五”、“十四五”重点建设学科，获批江苏省外国专家工作室1个，具有一流的云计算中心、浪潮人工智能平台、区块链技术平台等，与多家科技公司合作共建，通过深度产教融合培养在软件工程领域从事系统分析、设计、开发以及过程和经营管理等方面工作的工程技术人才。该专业自2016年起开始招收来华留学生，具有丰富的来华留学生培养经验。

  The major of Communication Engineering is a national first-class undergraduate major construction point, a major that has passed the engineering education professional certification, a brand major of International Talents Training in the 14th five-year colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province, and a pilot major of Jiangsu Excellent Engineer (Software) Education and Training Plan. It has enrolled international students since 2018 and cultivated high-quality applied talents who have engineering practice ability in signal processing, wireless communication, data exchange, communication network and other fields, and are capable of engaging in application research, system development, operation and maintenance, project management and other work in information and communication related fields to promote the high-quality development of the “the Belt and Road”.

 Software Engineering

 The major of Software Engineering is a national first-class undergraduate major construction point, a brand major of International Talents Training in the 14th five-year colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province, and a pilot major of Jiangsu Excellent Engineer (Software) Education and Training Plan. It is a key construction discipline in 13^th Five-Year Plan and 14^thFive-Year Plan of Jiangsu Province and has 1 Jiangsu foreign expert workshop. It also has established a first-class cloud computing center, Inspur artificial intelligence platform, a blockchain technology platform and so on. It has cooperated with a number of technology enterprises to cultivate engineering and technical talents engaging in system analysis, design, development, process, operation management and other activities in the field of software engineering through in-depth integration of industry and education. This major has been recruiting international students since 2016, and has rich experience in training international students.
