教学相关工作的通知

一、教学工作

留学生开始上课的时间为3月3日，前三周所有教师按照课表通过钉钉平台进行线上教学，同学们不用去教室。

第四周起采用线上线下相结合的方式进行教学，即在校留学生在教室上课，境外留学生通过钉钉同步上课。因时差问题无法按时上课的境外学生，一周内回看上课内容可视作出席。如不能及时回看，将按照校纪校规处分。

同学们需扫码加入钉钉群听课，相关班级群二维码见附件一。

二、学位论文

毕业班学生需通过钉钉或者微信与指导老师联系，认真撰写开题报告，3月14日前将进行开题答辩，开题答辩将通过线上答辩的方式进行。因未与老师及时联系，无法顺利开题将不能顺利毕业，责任自负。

三、补考工作

以开卷考试或闭卷考试形式进行的补考工作定在留学生开学后第三周的周六（3月20日）进行，所有学生统一进行线上补考；以大作业形式进行的补考，大作业上交截止日期为3月20日。具体的补考安排近期将会在微信群通知，请大家注意群信息。

四、教材发放

教材由国际教育学院统一领取后，各班班长带领本班同学，到YF1204（东）杨老师处领取。

Notice On Teaching Of International Students In The Second Semester Of 2020-2021 Academic Year

1. Teaching arrangement

We will start our class on March 3. In the first three weeks, all the teachers will conduct online teaching according to the timetable through Dingtalk, so the students do not have to go to the classroom.

From the fourth week, the students in the school need to go to the classroom, and the students abroad learn through Dingtalk. Students abroad can watch the playback within a week due to time difference. If you don't watch the playback in time, you will be punished according to the school rules.

Students need to scan the code to join the Dingtalk group to attend the class. See Annex I for the relevant class group QR code.

2. Graduation papers  or designs

The 2017 students need to contact the instructor through Dingtalk or Wechat,and write the opening report carefully . The oral defense of opening report will be arranged  on line before March 14.

If you don't contact the teacher, you can't graduate in time. It will be on your own account.

3. Make up examination

The make-up examination in the form of open book examination or close book examination is scheduled to be conducted on the Saturday (March 20) of the third week after the start of school, and all students will take online make-up examinations; for the make-up examination in the form of homework, the deadline for homework submission is March 20.

The make-up examination arrangement will be announced in wechat group in the near future. Please pay attention to the group information.

4. Distribution of textbooks

After the textbooks are collected by the SIE, the monitor of each class leads the students to collect them from Miss. Yang of yf1204 (East).
