Program Curriculum for 2021 Mechanical and Electronics Engineering (Upgrade)
I. 培养目标Objectives
本专业旨在培养知华友华,具有良好的人文素养和社会责任感,掌握机械、电子、控制基本知识,具备机械电子工程专业的基本技能,能在机电领域从事机电一体化产品和系统的设计制造、研究开发、工程应用、运行维护等方面工作,获得机电领域一线工程师基本训练的高素质应用型人才。
This subject is designed for international students with the aims to cultivate "Chinese known and friendly" forces and cultivate them good humanity and social responsibility. Students of this major should master the basic theories and knowledge on machinery, electronics and control, obtain the basic skills about mechanical and electronics engineering. The graduates will be engaged in the work positions such as design and manufacturing, research and development, engineering application, operation maintenance of mechatronics products and systems. The graduates will receive the basic training of high-quality application-oriented talents and senior professionals in mechanical and electronics engineering field.
II. 培养要求Requirements
本专业毕业生应具有以下几方面的知识、能力和素质:
1. 能够将数学、自然科学、工程基础和专业知识用于解决复杂工程问题。
Graduates should possess the ability to apply the knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, basic engineering and professional knowledge to solve complex engineering problems.
2. 能够应用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达并通过文献研究分析复杂工程问题,以获得有效结论。
Graduates should have the abilities to apply the basic theories of mathematics, natural sciences and engineering science to identify, express and analyze complex engineering problems by literature study, eventually obtaining efficacious conclusions.
3. 能够设计针对复杂工程问题的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的系统、单元(部件)或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。
Graduates should have the abilities of solving the complex engineering problems, designing systems, units (components), or process flow satisfying special requests, and taking into account the factors of society, healthy, safety, laws, culture and environment during the innovative design.
4. 能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。
Graduates should have the abilities of studying complex engineering problems based on scientific principles and methods, including experiment design, data analysis and interpretation, and obtaining reasonable conclusions by information synthesis .
5. 能够针对复杂工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对复杂工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。
Graduates should have the abilities of developing, selecting and utilizing the appropriate technology, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools to solve complex engineering problems, including the prediction and simulation of the problems, and also understanding its limitations.
6. 能够基于工程相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价专业工程实践和复杂工程问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全等的影响,并理解应承担的责任。
Graduates should have the abilities of analyzing and evaluating the influence of professional engineering practice and solutions of complex engineering problems on society, healthy and safety based on engineering related background knowledge reasonably . During the above process, graduates should understand the responsibilities they should take .
7. 了解中国历史与文化、地方特色文化、人文科学、社会科学及专业基本知识,同时了解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念,遵守中国法律,形成良好的道德品质和行为习惯。
Graduates should master the basic knowledge of Chinese history and culture, local distinctive culture, humanities and social sciences and basic professional knowledge and as well as the knowledge of China’s mainstream social values and public ethics, comply with the Chinese laws and form good moral character and behavior habit.
8. 能够顺利使用中文完成本专业的学习和研究任务,并具备用中文从事本专业相关工作的能力;毕业时,中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》五级水平。
Graduates are supposed to use Chinese language to complete the learning and research tasks of this major and be able to do specialty-related work via Chinese language. Upon graduation, the Chinese proficiency of undergraduates should at least reach the Level 5 of the HSK.
9. 能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。
Graduates should be competent to play the roles of individuals, members or person in charge in a team under the background of multidisciplinary.
10. 能够就复杂工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。在本专业领域中具有一定的国际视野,能够在多个国家的实际环境中运用专业知识和技能,并具备参与国际交流与合作的初步能力。
Graduates should communicate and the exchange effectively with peers and the public about the complex engineering problems, by writing reports, exhibiting design, giving speech, expressing clearly and responding questions. Graduates should also have international perspective to communicate and exchange under multicultural background. Graduates should have an international perspective, be able to apply the professional knowledge and skills in the actual environment of several countries, and have the ability to participate in international affairs and cooperation.
10. 具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。
Graduates should obtain the consciousness of independent and lifelong-studies, possess the abilities of life-long studies and adapting to the development.

基本学制:2年;修业年限:2~3年。
Normal period: 2 years; Flexible period: 2-3years.

X. 毕业与学位授予条件Graduation and degree granting conditions
1. 毕业标准 Graduation conditions
(1)具有良好的思想和身体素质,符合学校规定的德育和体育标准;
Graduates are expected to have good physical and mental quality, according with the moral and physical standards of HYIT.
(2)修完人才培养方案规定的所有课程和环节,取得规定的学分,毕业设计(论文)成绩合格。
Graduates are expected to complete the undergraduate study according to teaching plan, obtain all the credits. The undergraduate thesis (design) should be approved.
2. 学位授予标准 Degree-conferring requirements
符合《淮阴工学院来华留学生学士学位授予办法》。
Bachelor's Degree shall be conferred according to Requirements of Bachelor Degree Program for International Students in HYIT.
