Notice on Arranging Professional Practice Work for the 2023 Graduate Students
关于做好2023级研究生专业实践工作安排的通知

According to the "Regulations on the Management of Professional Practice for Master's Professional Degree Postgraduates of Huaiyin Institute of Technology" (Attachment 1), in order to do a good job in the practical training of the 2023 grade postgraduates and ensure the quality of the practical training, the following matters are hereby notified:
根据《淮阴工学院硕士专业学位研究生专业实践管理规定》（附件1），为做好2023级研究生实践环节工作，确保实践环节质量，现就相关事宜通知如下：
I. Time Arrangement
一、时间安排
According to the requirements of the training program, professional practice adopts a combination of centralized practice and segmented practice, lasting no less than one year, among which the centralized practice period is no less than six months, and the start time is no later than July of the current year.
根据培养方案要求，专业实践采用集中实践与分段实践相结合的方式，时间不少于1年，其中集中实践时间不少于6个月，开始时间不晚于本年度7月份。

The arrangements will be made uniformly by each training college. Please give priority to the existing provincial postgraduate workstations of the university.
由各培养学院统一安排，请优先考虑学校现有省级研究生工作站。
The practice should embody the principles of combining "concentrated practice with segmented practice", "on-campus practice with off-campus on-site practice", and "professional practice with the work of the degree thesis".
实践应体现“集中实践与分段实践”相结合、“校内实践和校外现场实践”相结合以及“专业实践与学位论文工作”相结合的原则。

Each training college should attach great importance to the professional practice work of postgraduates, strengthen organizational leadership, designate a specific person to be responsible for this work, and establish a professional practice working group (see Attachment 2).
1.各培养学院应高度重视研究生专业实践工作，加强组织领导，明确专人负责此项工作，成立专业实践工作小组（附件2）。
2. For the postgraduate students jointly cultivated and recruited with the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Jiangsu Institute of Industrial Technology, as well as those reserved for joint cultivation with major institutions and well-known enterprises during the mutual selection between teachers and students, the college must ensure proper coordination and implement the joint cultivation work in detail.
2.同江苏省农科院、江苏省产业技术研究院联合培养招生的研究生以及在师生双选时预留的同大院名企联合培养的研究生，请学院务必做好对接，落实落细联合培养工作。
3. Organize the instructors and postgraduate students to fill in the "Professional Practice Plan Form for Master's Degree Postgraduates of Huaiyin Institute of Technology" (Attachment 3).
3.组织指导教师和研究生填写《淮阴工学院硕士专业学位研究生专业实践计划表》（附件3）。
4. It is essential to carry out safety education well, reminding postgraduate students to pay attention to safety and discipline during their professional practice. Postgraduate students who have not purchased accidental injury insurance are not allowed to engage in professional practice, and the insurance should cover the entire process of practice.
4.务必做好安全教育，提醒研究生专业实践期间注意安全、纪律等，未购买意外伤害保险的研究生不得进行专业实践且保险起止时间应覆盖实践全过程。
5. Organize postgraduate students to fill out the "Application Form for Entering the Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation of Huaiyin Institute of Technology" (Attachment 4), and jointly sign the "Professional Practice Agreement for Master's Degree Postgraduates of Huaiyin Institute of Technology" (Attachment 5) with the practice units and postgraduate students.
5.组织研究生填写《淮阴工学院企业研究生工作站进站申请表》（附件4），与实践单位、研究生共同签订《淮阴工学院硕士专业学位研究生专业实践协议书》（附件5）。
6. It is required that postgraduate students keep a practice log. After the practice, organize postgraduate students to fill out the "Application Form for Leaving the Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation of Huaiyin Institute of Technology" (Attachment 6) and the "Professional Practice Assessment Form for Master's Professional Degree Postgraduates of Huaiyin Institute of Technology" (Attachment 7), conduct professional practice assessment, and enter the assessment score (out of 100) in the postgraduate education management system.
6.要求研究生做好实践日志，实践结束后，组织研究生填写《淮阴工学院企业研究生工作站出站申请表》（附件6）和《淮阴工学院硕士专业学位研究生专业实践考核表》（附件7），做好专业实践考核，并在研究生教育管理系统录入考核成绩（百分制）。
Only after passing the assessment can one obtain the corresponding credits. Graduate students who do not participate in professional practice or fail the assessment of professional practice are not eligible to apply for the defense of their dissertations.
经考核通过后方可取得相应学分，研究生不参加专业实践或参加专业实践考核未通过，不得申请学位论文答辩。
After all the professional practice assessments are completed, please have the college organize and keep the paper versions of the practice materials in the order of the application form for entering the station, the agreement, the application form for leaving the station, and the assessment form.
7.专业实践考核全部结束后，请学院将实践材料纸质版按进站申请表、协议书、出站申请表、考核表的顺序整理留存。
This material will be included as part of the application materials for the awarding of master's degrees at Huaiyin Institute of Technology and will be submitted uniformly during the degree application process.
该材料将作为淮阴工学院硕士学位授予申请材料中的一部分，在学位申请时统一上报。
V. Submission of Materials
五、材料报送
All training colleges are requested to submit the paper and electronic versions of Attachment 3 to Office 1212, Yifu Building before July 10th. Other relevant materials should be kept by each training college.
请各培养学院于7月10日前将附件3纸质版和电子版报逸夫楼1212办公室，其他相关材料由各培养学院留存。
