中秋，中华民族传统节日，以月之圆兆人之圆。“举头望明月，低头思故乡”，圆圆的明月也将映照出游子的思乡情。中秋将至，为使各位留学生们更好地了解中国传统文化，寄托境内留学生对家人和境外留学生对淮工老师同学们的思念之情，国际教育学院拟开展“天涯共赏一轮月”来华留学生迎中秋中文诗歌朗诵和歌唱视频作品比赛，境内外留学生通过自己的诵读或歌声共话中秋佳节。

三、作品要求
1. 以“天涯共赏一轮月”为主题，朗诵中文诗歌或演唱中文歌曲，并拍摄视频作品。通过作品体现对中国中秋文化的了解，抒发思念之情，表达对中华传统文化的喜爱之情。内容积极向上，构思新颖，有特色，富含象征意义，
2. 视频作品时长不少于2分钟，作品拍摄使用专业摄像机、DV、单反、手机均可，要求影像清晰。
3. 所有作品需为中文。

NOTICE ON THE COMPETITION OF CHINESE POETRY RECITATION AND SINGING VIDEO WORKS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TO WELCOME THE MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL
The Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional Chinese Festival, the round moon symbolizes the reunion of people. "Up towards the glorious moon I raise my head, then lay me down---and thoughts of home arise", the round moon will also reflect the homesickness of the man travelling or residing in a place far away from home. As the Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, in order to get better understand the Traditional Chinese culture and express the missing feelings of students on campus to their families and international students outside China to their teachers and students in HYIT, the SIE will hold a video competition of Chinese Poetry recitation and singing for international students to welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival, international students inside or outside China experience the Mid-Autumn Festival through their recitation or singing.

Work requirements
With the theme " Sharing a round moon by all of us near or far “ make a short video work of reciting a Chinese poem or singing a Chinese song. The video works should reflect the understanding of Chinese Mid-Autumn festival culture, expressing the feeling of longing, expressing the love for traditional Chinese culture. The content should be positive, original, distinctive and symbolic.
The length of the video work shouldn’t be less than 2 minutes. Professional cameras, DV, SLR and mobile phones can be used to shoot the works, requires clear images.
All works must be done in Chinese.
