为奖励品学兼优的在籍来华留学生,促进来华留学生综合素质全面提高，我院现开启2021-2022年度国际教育学院来华留学生奖励申请及评定工作。2021-2022年度国际教育学院来华留学生奖励申请事宜具体如下：
In order to encourage and support excellent international students, the Distinctive Student Awards application and evaluation for academic year 2021-2022 is now open.Application details for the Distinctive Student Awards are as follows:
申请资格 Applicant Qualifications申请人应具备下列条件：
1. 遵守中国政府的法律法规和校纪校规，无违纪现象及处分；
2. 知华友华爱华，态度端正，勤奋刻苦，成绩优良；
3. 积极参加学校、学院组织开展的各类社会实践活动；
4. 已在校完成一年以上学习；
5. 按时缴纳学费，无欠费现象；
The applicants should meet the following requirements:
1. Abide by the laws, regulations of the Chinese government and rules, school policies and disciplines; no violation of disciplines and punishment.
2. Loves China and Chinese culture, have a good attitude on learning, hard work, and get good results in last academic year.
3. Takes part in all kinds of activities organized by the school and college.
4. Have completed at least one year of study in school.
5. Be sure to have paid the tuition fees on time and have no arrears.

申请材料Application Materials
1.《国际教育学院来华留学生奖励申请表》(需填写电子版并自行打印）
2. 其它补充材料：如成绩单、获奖证书复印件。注：各类所获奖项和及其他材料证明均应在2020年9月至2021年10月期间取得。
1.Application Form of The Distinctive Student Award for International Students of SIE(must fill the electronic edition and print);
2.Other supporting materials such as: transcript, certificate of award, etc. Please provide the photocopy of the materials.Note: Transcript and awards and other supporting materials were achieved between September,2020 to October,2021.

申请及评定过程Process
1.材料准备
报名者如实填写《国际教育学院来华留学生奖励申请表》，于11月24日17点前上交申请表与其他证明材料至班主任处。（表格见附件）
2.评定
学院测评领导小组审核奖学金申请表，综合考虑申请者学习成绩、所获奖项、活动参与度等实际情况进行评选。
3.公示结果
学院测评领导小组确定人选后，结果会在学院内予以公示。公示期间（5个工作日）接受学院全体师生的监督考核，并可提出异议。
1. Prepare Application Materials:
Applicants should fill in theApplication Form of The Distinctive Student Award for International Students of SIE, andsubmit the printed application form with supporting materials toyour head teacherbefore 5pm onNovember24th(see annex for the form).
2. Evaluation:
The Evaluation Group will check the information in the application form, and evaluate the applicants based on their academic performance, awards and participation in activities. etc.
3. Publicity of the results:
After the election, the result will be published in SIE, accepting the supervision and assessment of all the teachers and students during the publicity period (5 working days).
